DI.....what??
DIQ actually or Director in Qualification is what it actually means and this is what I am!
As of the 1st of October I went into qualification to become a Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. This is very exciting and after 10 years it was finally time but it is scary also.
Will I build my team enough? Will we reach monthly production goals? Am I doing enough work? Will I be a good leader? all these questions have floated around my head more than once, sometimes daily BUT sometimes we have to take a leap of faith and dive in right? We can go further until we push ourselves.
Directorship actually leadership is not for everyone, I have always felt drawn to it and with Mary Kay it is the same. I see Directorship as a way to influence more women and to choose my lifestyle using my talents.
Mary Kay gives you the opportunity to choose your work hours, to work around your priorities so that you can be with your children or family more.
Mary Kay gives you the opportunity to earn the money that you believe your worth but without working all hours of the day.
Mary Kay builds your self esteem so that you can feel more confident and sure of who you are.

I have experienced this and more being a part of this company and its time I gave back and shared with others! So here's to smashing DIQ in the next four months!
