Hi! I hope this post finds you well. I am excited!!
As you may have gathered over time, I am a Makeup Artist but I am also a Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics and I LOVE working with this company. It really is a beautiful community of people who care about women and follow the amazing principles set down by the founder Mary Kay Ash. I have been a consultant now for 9.5 years and have been blessed with not only fabulous products and commission but also growth, encouragement and so much free stuff!
I had a really great March and just wanted to share it with you as I received awards for my work on Monday Night at the Stars over Adelaide Quarterly Awards Night. My awards included Unit Queen of Sales, Highest Class, Party Queen and the biggie State Queen of Sales :) so it was a big night and it was lovely to share it with quests and the other consultants from around SA. I also want to thank those of my customers who held classes and continue to order from me as you allow my business to grow and it is you who help small business.
I also moved up to Team Manager and I am very excited about this as it means my team is growing and I am very close to my goal of Directorship. I take developing the women in my team seriously and it is wonderful to see them grow in this business as well.
