Charity & Glamour go together!!

At this time of year with all the hussle and bussle, shopping, carolling, parties etc we can sometimes forget that people are less fortunate than us. On Tuesday I had the privilege to work with some wonderful ladies wanting to put together a fundraising idea for the Ruf Us Homelessness Charity. The idea being that people can purchase a package where they receive hair and makeup done then have some glamour photos taken and part of the proceeds would go to Ruf Us. So Tuesday was to put together a short film/advert to show what would happen. I was brought on as the makeup artist, I had never heard of Ruf Us and I thought it sounded like an excellent idea and so was glad to be asked. The photographer behind it is Jane Inger and along with Kim Middlewood (hair stylist) and our two models we had a great morning. The was a real shared vision to of wanting to increase self love and worth. I look forward to seeing the outcome of the shoot and maybe what can happen in the future.
